Reconnecting with lost family members?

Ok my dad was adopted. He is phillipino-american. Mother is white father is phillipino. I am curious about my family for health and just to see them. We have no paperwork or anything that can lead us to start to find them. All we know is where is mom gave him up and that is father was no in the country. How do I start looking for my biological family? Im sorry this is a really rough and kinda touchy thing to go about. Please help
