Irish Criminal HIstory 1910-1920?

My great grandfather was wanted by the Black&tans for selling bullets during the Easter uprising, how can i find old warrants or newspapers from that time. My grandfather is gettin old and i wanted to get him something he would like. Any help is greatly appreciated.
