There are only six Lindsay Donald on the internet at present and part of my University degree is to established a website with people whose first and second names are exactly alike. The name Lindsay Donald, is probably one of the world's most unusual name in the Guiness Book of names. The research papers that I have read suggest that there are probably 250 people in the world with that precise name. Both part of the name suggest a Scottish origin with the surname, Donald, coming from the clan McDonald.
This though is debateable as thier are less Donald's than McDonald.
The Donald name is a complete clan of its own and owes no alligience to the McDonald or MacDonald.
The correct spelling for this name into the website is; Lindsay Donald and no other spelling will be accepted for the answer.

Actually, there are a lot of them. I have sites both ways. The URLs of searches show how many there are. But the Clan sites in UK seem to be most informative.

There are more than 10 pages of search results for surname Donald, with Lindsay somewhere in the text.
