How can I find my biological father, without spending alot of money doing it? All I have is his name & DOB?

My mother and him were married in NJ, I have his Mothers name only, His family is from Pennsylvania, and have his siblings names, but no birthdates.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I found my biological father in 2005 with just his name (just first and last only) and the name of his uncle (who went by his middle name, but I did not know that while searching). It took me 8 month of searching but I did it without spending any money at all. (other than a few long distance phone calls to see if I found the right person)
IT CAN BE DONE! My father has one of the most common names in the USA so it was quite a challenge. You already have an advantage....A name, a DOB, sibling names, place of marriage and place where he was originally from.
You should only be steps away from finding him.
