Thanks for answering back so quick. The reason there is a Renaud is that that is the French spelling for Erno. They are from Quebec.

How do I get to Advance Search? I could use it.

In Family Search? Advance Search is a click on the bottom, that allows you to select the EXACT spelling. Advance Search is a Hyperlink right next to the SEARCH button, on the right of it.
