Are you are still charged a fee to see any information on your family, even if you buy the computer program?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The CD-Rom "Family Tree Maker" is basically soft ware to manage information that you enter into it. You are not charged to see anything that you enter in to it. Family Tree Maker does ask you after you enter 100 people if you want to put your tree online. I never say yes, because all of your information becomes public. There is something they have called World Family Tree that they do charge a monthly fee to access. You can buy a particular Volume of World Family Tree on CD Rom as well.
