Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Robert S Kerr had 6 brothers and sisters, none named Laura unless it was a baby that did not survive. Some weirdness with brothers Thomas and Billie... I don't know if Laura was a distant cousin since I everything I've read has Robert's father being an only child who was orphaned by age 5 and raised by an uncle named Peter Mitchell. Laura Texas Kerr's parents were Charles H. Kerr and Mary A. Rowland, both of TX. As far as I know Charles Kerr was not an uncle of Robert S Kerr.
