Organizing my genealogy data?

I am very good at the research part.
BUT awful with what to do with it. My whole computer room floor is covered with documents that I have printed out.
Help me get organized.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: ok there are several ways to organize things. I did mine with me as the starting place and went up the tree from there. I had a friend that organized it from her earliest known ancestor on each side of her family and then worked her way down to her (just reverse of what I did)
