What other name could Dolly be used for?

Question:

What other name could Dolly be used for?

I have a Dolly Barham or Berhm in my family tree, who according to the 1901 census was born in Weymouth Dorset in 1891, but I cannot locate her birth details anywhere!!! So I am thinking maybe Dolly was a nickname? I think she was originally Berhm and anglicised it to Barham which also doesn't help!

I thought maybe it was one of those weird ones like Peggy is short for Margaret???
