Question:

How do i know if i am entilted to any land because i am native american?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Nobody is "entitled to any land".

If you are Native, you would know that a pure heart Native would never claim to be entitled to any part of Mother Earth. Mother Earth is her own, she belongs to no one. If anything we belong to her. We return to her belly when we die...

Are you enrolled?

Have you talked to a housing adviser?

There are some cases where Native families "own" land and are not aware of it, because their Native ancestors refused it...but it stayed in the families name anyway.... When I say "own", I only say it because the whites back in the day "gave" land to some Native families when they kicked them out of their homes, because they wanted to build a railroad, colony, industrialized property etc etc...

Are you Native? If so, seek the guidance of your community members/housing authority...
