You need to register with the Adoption Register. Determine if your location is open or closed adoptions, too. You can search for "Adoption Law <your location>" on Yahoo! Search, and find out. Then Search for "Adoption Record <your location>", to show where to apply for the records of an Open Adoption. If it is closed, you will find out via those searches, and you must register for the adoptee to find you.
