Well I know her brother in laws last name was Pratt and Neirker, her other family included the Hancocks of the founding fathers fame. i know she had twin nephews and her sister mays daughter lulu may have had children.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: According to Wikipedia, she never married, and unless she had some secret illegitimate child (highly unlikely), she had no children -- therefore, she had no descendents.

Her niece and nephew could have had children, but they would not be descended from L.M. Alcott but from L.M. Alcott's parents instead.
