Will you go to ancestry.com and check it out for me see what you think if its real?

I was having a hard time getting my birth certificate in california so I typed in california birthcertificate chose a site and went to it, it gave me an application I filled it out and paid 54.00 dollars for 35 days deleivery because if I did it the other way it would have taken 50 weeks anyways after I put my credit card number it said the license didnt match that site but I had already paid for it, now I cant call or email them just type in california birth certifate and go to the site down where not highlighted that says birth death and marriage and click on it. t-y and see what you think

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The site is real. What you should have done, is contact the county office for the city you were born in. Most counties have official websites to get address information, and many have the form you need to fill out to request a certified birth certificate. A certified one (required for driver's license, passports, etc) usually cost about $15.00 or less.

Now, about Ancestry...if you ordered it online, you should have every right to call and cancel if you haven't yet received the birth certificate. Or, you can contact your credit card company.
