Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I used to work for a foreclosure law firm and we had access to websites like Accurint where you could use people's names, old addresses, ss #s and stuff like that to hunt people down. It was as simple as running a web search and you got all kinds of stuff. If you are really serious about finding your brother, contact a private investigator. They have access to websites that are much better than the stuff you pay $30 to get a background check or list fo addresses for on the Internet. It will probably be more expensive, but if you just ask them to run a web search, it will probably bring up much better results.
