Can anyone tell me how to find a blank birth certificate for a scrap book and an obituary for Amelia Earhart?

For a blank Birth Certificate, you could just Scan your own, and use paint or some other bitmap editor to 'blank' out the fields. You can also cut and paste letters in the same certificate to put them somewhere else, spelling names that were never there. It takes time to do that, but it works really great. Tedious work though. But here are some scrapbook certificate sites too.
