Question:

Are there any relatives of the Turner-Miller union that originated in Sugar Grove, Ohio?

William Turner Sr., of Fairfield County, Ohio had a son; William Turner Jr. Turner Jr married a Susan Miller, also of the same county, and had several children. One of these children was named Maggie. Maggie later married George Speelman. Maggie and George also had several children. My Grandfather: Arthur Albert Speelman was one of them. I know that Maggie died around 1911 and that she is buried in Fultonham, OH. I also know that she went back to Sugar Grove, OH for the births of her children. If anyone has some information, I sure would appreciate it.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Since you have information linking them to a particular county, it would really be worthwhile to use
www.usgenweb.com
and zoom in to see what is posted. These are volunteer sites, and vary in what they offer.
The family trees at www.rootsweb.com are one of the best starting points to work with, although often someone doesn't have your "tree" posted. Meaning, maybe you will work it up and post it? Information on there can be excellent, it also can be garbage that someone just copied from another researcher, without any effort to verify.
By the way... I ran a quick check there for a Geoge Speelman who died in Ohio, and came up with 3 files. One might be connected to you.
