Trying to find adopted korean sister?

Shes korean and shes been adopted by a white family..they currently live in Michigan..but i dont know where..shes going to community college majoring in computer application technology..i know her name but i dont know her surname. i dont even know where to start looking for her..i know that shes about 23 or 24 by now...how does my information help me?
