How do I find a patent based on the inventor's name?

Question:

How do I find a patent based on the inventor's name?

My grandfather had at least 16 patents that I know of, and I would love to have copies of them for my scrapbook.
I could get the patent numbers from my uncle who has the originals, but is there a way to search the records based on my grandpa's name alone?
