I'm looking for someone who can help me in finding information on Montana Adoptions, Can anybody help me?

My best friend and I have been trying to search for his birthmother. we dont have a name, but we have alot of his personal information. but we arent sure where to start or how to do any of it.
If anyone can help us, I'd be willing to give out SOME information about him. ANYTHING you can give me would be GREAT.
