Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Glasgow is in Lanarkshire. Glasgow has over a million inhabitants including the suburbs, within the city boundaries there are almost half a million. I don't personally know any McElhinneys, but here is a list from the BT online phone book, the biggest phone directory. Good luck :)
