Help find my deceased grandparents welby and lela parmley buried in Cumberland Kentucky I need to know them?

please help me my mother passed I do not know anything about them I do know he was born in 1890"s and moved to cumberland Kentucky in 1930.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I live in Canada but we can contact the government and get census info. You might have something similar in the States. It should have a record of their birth and deaths and then you get the town they died in. You could call the churches in the town and someone might be able to connect you to their grave sites.
