I'm looking for a James Gary or Jimmy Gary from Brooklyn, NY(last known to live there?)?

This James Gary or Jimmy Gary would have 5 children who moved to Florida in the early 80's.... I'm stuck as to how to find this man? He was also known by an "Indian" name: Waconda (spelling?)... any help would be great.. His last known residence was in Brooklyn, NY.
