There have been a few longitudinal studies, such as the French-Canadian Emard family, where they tracked a single disease through several generations. But in general, no one has ever tracked medical histories of family members. It's a bit too much information to have in the public domain, especially given the misuse of personal information by less than ethical groups and insurance companies.
