I need some help here. I have Lebanese ancestry from the area of Zgharta.?

My great-grandfather came from there. I believe his name was Kasteen Suseen Kasteen. His brother was Salim S. Kasteen, who had a wife named Jameyla M. Abdullah. Kasteen's wife was Selma Boudrah. I wonder if my great-grandfather, Kasteen, might have had anything to do with the whole Yousef Bey Karam thing in the 1800's. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
