Looking for my father Lloyd Anton Samborn 26/12/59 he was adopted in the 60's by Bernardo's?

He used to live Llandudno Nth Wales Met my mam in the 80's then he was sent to jearsey prison 1981 for around 5-6 years I belive he still in Jearsey working as a mecanic please help me find my father.
