has anyone in illinois adopted internationally with a grant or financal help

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I know a lot of couples from the Chicago area who went the international adoption route, but all of them had to come up with all that money by themselves or they were disqualified. Seems like you'd want to talk to the agencies to see how it works and get referrals to other couples who you can talk to in person.
