How to find adoptees with little information?

I really would like to find my sister my dad had her when he was 16 and she was adopted at birth. Her birth name was caroline anne and she was born in april 1963 in england somewhere. How do i go about finding her?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You can only find her if she is looking for you also...this I found out by searching for a daughter that I gave up for adoption in 1961.
