How can I find my childhood immumization records?

I was born in the mid-fifties and I have lived in numerous places. My family cannot answer my question.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: They would be kept in 2 places, and I'm not sure anyone still keeps them after 50 years. But your pediatrician(s) had them and your school had them. You probably got your Rubella shot from the county health dept like the rest of us in the 60s, so the county that gave it to you would have a copy of the record. That's about the extent of it.
