If he might be in another country use YAHOO SEARCH (it works better), find "White Pages <country>", or "PHONE Directory <country>", where country will be the country you thing he might be.

It is possible he is deceased, start with Family Search.com because it spans many countries, but then you will need to search for the Vital Record office where you believe he died.

This is not an easy task, made more difficult by not knowing where he may be living today. But you can find him, if you persist.
