Question:

Can I get a copy of my legal full-blooded sister's autopsy report?

She passed away at 19 and my father won't go get it because he is scared to see how she died. I want to know how! I live in Indianapolis and I have no clue if i'm allowed to get a copy.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Unless Indiana has different laws than the neighboring states, you can get a copy of it if you were either her next of kin or the executor of her estate. They don't know who the NOK is today and if you call and tell them that it's who you are, then I doubt they'll ask for proof that everyone else is gone. They'll just ask for proof that you are who you claim to be.
