What does the name Kindya translate to/from in the Czech/slovakian nation?

Surname originated from Jerambina region of Czech in late 1800's. Not finding much on the web or anywhere else for that matter. Thanks.

I can't tell you anything regarding a translation, assuming there is/was any. What I can offer you are two locations...
www.cyndislist.com which has very extensive resources for probably every country in the world. If there is nothing specific for your name, you may still find a website to give you solid resources for the locality. I personally think that people tend to overrate what might be directly online.
2nd, www.rootsweb.com, click on mail lists, and find one for your locality. Its a way to network with others working the same neighborhood.
Last...especially in "that" neighborhood, historically, there were many boundary changes and different governments. This could affect what you find.
