Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You can only "download" something, if it exists. Family crests are widely misunderstood... "real" ones do NOT pass to every family member, but only to specific individual heirs, normally royalty or noblemen.
That does not keep certain companies from offering such things (for sale, of course) because they play on the lack of understanding. Just because they offer it, does not make it legitimate.
