There's lots of people that aren't related with the same last name for example 2 actors:

Jonathan Jackson (ex-Lucky Spencer on General Hospital; Mud Himmel on Camp Nowhere)

Joshua Jackson (Charlie on Mighty Ducks; ex-Pacy on Dawson's Creek; Luke Mcnamerra on The Skulls)

They are in no way shape or form related but they have the same last name.
