Who are the descendant's of George Washington? An what are they doing today? Would there be any records?

Beside doing a search and getting a lot of info about other people. Seems as if they were not recognize or anything to this day. Just curious, because most of us would be going to schoool or working with some of them, or maybe having a relationship to one of them. Weird huh.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I'm getting confused. Since when don't genealogists count stepchildren and adopted children as descndants of a person? I've never met a genealogist who didn't. So where is this new double standard coming from?
