Handstand balance question !?
So, i just started doing handstands a week ago!. I'm having a problem with the balancing issue!. I can do handstands against the wall fine, but whenever I don't use the wall, I always over kick or under kick it and can't find that perfect balance!. So i was wondering if any of you know exercises that will help my balance!? thanksWww@QuestionHome@Com

Look at your hands always
Keep your whole body tight
Use your hands to grip the floor
Do a lot of them

Do 500 handstands without a wall, and then come back and tell us if it improved!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Im a gymnast and you really have to squeeze your whole body and stay tight and watch your hands the whole time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
