FN's got it twisted!.
Face the wall, and put your hands about six inches from it,
push off with your feet so that you do a handstand, and lean against the wall!. do this only to get comfortable with the feeling!. eventually you can push yourself off alittle bit and try to balance there!. if your already comfortable with doing this, then go for!. find a place in the house where you have alot of room!. i can walk in circles in my front room!. lol!. just try!.
you have to keep trying!. go for a handstand, but dont push off too much!. lol youll flip right over!. only go enough to come back down!. eventually youll gain more and more balance, and when you start to fall forward you take a step to balance or catch yourself!. by falling forward a little bit you propel yourself forward!.

i taught myself to do alot of gymnastics moves at home!. Its best to do it on a open carpeted area!. First, learn the steps!. Its arms up besides the ears!. two, lunge arms still there!. three, T-position!. This is wear you are leaning so one foot is on the ground, other is parallel to the floor and arms are paralell too!. next is arms on ground kick your feet up!. Its okay if your not fully straight the first time up!. keep practing and youll get it:)

EDIT: you could try starting to do this against a couch or wall!. i always did it against a couch because if i ever fell over backwards i could be on a soft surface!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

start by doing headstands!. then possibly work out your arms to increase arm strength!. when you feel like your strong enough kick up and lean you body against the wall, in a handstand position, keep doing that and kicking off a bit each time when you get comfortable with that, try to do it on your own, without the wall!.

1!.have a friend or sibling spot u!.
2!. put your hands on the ground then kick up your legs!.
3!. have your spotter hold both or your legs up!.
4!. when u feel u can hold it have the spotter let go!.
5!. hold as long as u can!.
6!. then have the spotter take ur legs again so they can put u down safely!.

I taught myself by practicing against the wall!. I started off doing headstands!. Eventually, I just didn't put my head down!. I put my hands on the ground, and kicked up my legs against the wall!.
Try that!.!.!.worked for me!.

go right up to a wall with your face facing away from it and then lift your legs up to the wall while your hands are on the grandWww@QuestionHome@Com
