-keeping fit and body sculpting
-creativity outlet
-to build up confidence

if you dance you can get a lot of mussles (especially abs) and you will be very athletic with a lot of endurance people who succeed in dance don't usually do drugs because they have something to keep them busy and away from that they succeed in school and most other activities they do, dancing keeps you fit and in shape with a thin body!Www@QuestionHome@Com
