Dancers workout!?!?!?!? please help!!!!!?
if your a dancer please tell me what you do everyday at home for a dancers workout and please give the number of them you do and if it helps!!!!!!! i want them to mostly help with ballet!
examples like what you do for stretching, how many curlups and pushups you do and things like that

i do 50-150 crunches, i sit in my splits for about 1 minute each, i might do like 10-20 push-ups, also releves to strengthen my ankles!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
I do about 30 crunches and 10 pushups!.
For stretching I do the butterfly strech and hold it for 1 min!. And go into a middle split and bend forward!. hold for 1 min!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
