Question: I really need help with my toes touches!!?
I have been in dance for a while now and i looove it, but let's be honest, i am not flexible in the middle muscle of my leg!. the muscles in the back of my leg (such as nose to knee stretches) i am very flexible, but my open splits suck, which makes my toe touches horrible!.
Does anyone have any good tips for my toe touches and good tips to become more flexible in my middle splits!? Thanks!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

it takes a long time to get splits but if you're diligent it pays off!. What i did was do all of my homework in a middle splits position and every five minutes, move more and more forward!. For toe touches it's just practice!. Another stretch for middle splits is going against a wall and pushing yourself forward!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
