Question: How long would I have to dance to consider it a good work-out!?
I need to lose some weight and tone myself!. so I was just wondering how long I would have to dance and what kind of dancing should i do to consider it a good workout and burn alot of calories!.Plain sit-ups and running bores me to tears, so does anybody know any dance moves or anything that could help me with my weight loss!? Any tips or ideas are greatly appreciated!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hiphop sounds intense sometimes when you say it I know! But it's really not it's a great workout works every core area you want and all your areas in your legs !. also do mixtur of ballet exercises if possible to help tighten the legs and arms also posture to!. Hip hop is great fn to and is up beat too!. Try 30 minutes to start out then work up to longer also remebered strech before and after!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, all I know is well you dance for 1 minute you burn 1 calorie!. Its hard work!. An ideal excersize routine would probably by 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many calories you want to burn!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Join a dance studio and take up a couple different types or just one type of dance!. Practice, practice, practice!
