You might try looking up dance classes in community centres, high schools, colleges and Universities!. I teach ballroom dance in Canada, and I like teaching through these locations, as it is cheaper than having group or private lessons through the studio!. In some of the places that I teach they will not cancel classes until after the first night, some cancel two weeks before they start if the registration is too low!. But I do have some students show up for the first night and then register later!. That will depend upon the policies of the administrator of the course!. The only danger is that the class might be full and then you cannot join!. As I do teach in high schools, I have had students join for a number of sessions to be able to dance in a style more fitting their dress!. Some studios will advertise group lessons at a reduced rate to get people to join their studio and then to sign contracts for a lot of classes!. You might check the classified for these advertisements!. I do not necessarily recommend that you sign with some of these studios as they use high pressure tactics to get you to sign up for pricey classes!.

google dance stuios in your area!. Most offer the usual ballet, hip hop, tap and jazz sooo whichever style you like (i'm guessing hiphop)!. Prices vary but it's usually around $50 a month for 1 class a week, unless you want private lessons then you would have to pay the teacher a higher price and split it between the 4 of you!.
