Question: How can i dance when im overweight!? !?
i wanna do hip hop pop and break dance but its hard and im stiff and not loose and im not flexible and im not strong!. what can i do to do these types of dances and what can i do to improve these skills!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Girly, I know its hard to be overweight and see all those pretty dancers doing these high leaps and amazing skills, but trust me you CAN do it!. Im slightly overweight and Ive done sooo much with dancing!. Im and officer for my dance team and im trying out for captain next year!. It just takes time, but believe me, you CAN be amazing at any type of dance you want!. dont think you have to be a certain size to be amazing!. Id go to you tube and just study all types of dance, watch their movement!. also, go in your room and put on some music and just do anything! It helps loosen up A LOT!. also look up some beginner ballet tips like to work your feet and to find your center!. It helps in all styles of dance!. I know im not going to be like a size 6 anytime soon but i still do ab stuff to make myself stronger so i suggest some things like that! Good luck, and remember, I have no doubt you can do it!. Join a ballet class!. or !.!. bellydanicngg and loosen up your muscless!.!.it does help !.!. your posturee alot and makes it easyy to move!.!.!. and if your self consious you can alwayss go privte!.!. thrre alwayss an answer so!.!. dont give up on your dremass!.!. Just dancing well help you lose Weight because of all the movement
but by eating healthy foods and even more excercise other then dance will help alot to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Theres alot of fat rap/hip hop/R&B dancers that are overweight!.
But you will have to have so arm, leg and stumache strength!.
