i can: -do a split -kickline -high kicks -and dancer spins what else do i need to know!? realy want to make squad!!Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Usually on dance teams, the try out involves flexibility (splits) stamina (kicks) and dance (technique, musicality, and actual ability to dance) I suggest working on technique for kicks, if they are high, but ur foot closer is bad and u have bent knees, its wont due I suggest Technique!, and pay attention to the style and choreography of the dance they will probably teach you!. And definatly have all the memory down perfect! Practice performing in front of your friends For solo's: come up with choreography that will bring attention to ur best skills, and make it unique and different!. When peforming, smile! (unless choegraphy calls for something different) show them that you love to dance and its fun! I suggest really practicing the dance they teach you (if they teach you one)!. Practice over and over until you get it how you like it!. I practiced the routine while taping it on my digital camera!. It really helps to see what you are doing wrong and right!. it's sort of like seeing from whoevers judging you's point of view!. also try this with the kicks and spins!.
