Question: I would like my back to become more flexible, help please!? !?
I'm already extremely flexible, but the one thing I notice is that my arabesques and firebird jumps are just not as good!. Do you know any stretches that will help me improve my arabesques!?
My friend on my team has amazing arabesques and firebirds and I asked her how she does it and she just says that she must have an insanely flexible back!. I don't know if that's true or not, but I would really like to improve mine!. A little help here!?
Or if you don't know any stretches, perhaps you could offer some tips on how I could improve jumps in which my back leg is bent!?

high arabesque lines are not actually from a flexible back, but a strong back!. lay on your stomach on the floor!. push your self up as much as you can with your arms to arch your back!. raise your arms to 5th and hold your self up using your back and stomach muscles!. hold this for at least 30 sec at a time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i take acro and to stretch our backs we do bridges and hold it for a few seconds then come down do another one and then while in that push our shoulders forward idk if it will help but you can try it and seeWww@QuestionHome@Com
