Try the splits on your back with your legs apart in the air against a wall if possible!.
Gently push above your knees and keep practicing and make sure you are warmed up well!.
Gently push down on your legs a bit more each time!.

Another tip: still on ur back, push down for 10, then lift your legs up slightly, continue pushing them down, but act as a force against your hands using your legs for 10 secs, then push down slightly harder than you did b4 for 10!.

well my teacher told us to put our butts up to the mirror and spread our legs as far as they can go keep pushing your legs down until it is a tight squeeze but not to the point where it hurts really bad!. Or try stretching down the middle :]]Www@QuestionHome@Com

Maybe you should try doing lunges to stretch out your legs!. Keep trying those splits and you'll probably get it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
