Question: What type of Dance lessons!?
Im 14 and i had taken 2 years of ballroom dancing before, but i quit!. I want to dance again but i dont know which type of dance!.

i want to choose between:
Hip hop
ballet
or ballroom (again)

How will each of these dances benefit me!?
im not flexible AT ALL!.!.!. =!.= So if i take ballet!.!. wont that be SUPPPERRR Hard!?!? O_OWww@QuestionHome@Com

ive been dancing for ten years and ive found that if you wanna get more flexible every morning and night do stretches!. Hold for a minute!. its simple but my god it really works!. As for what dance, personally i love hip hop but you may also consider contemporary!? this is extremely fun and you would probz start with a beginner class!. also contemporary may actually help if you wanna do ballet, just with balance and all that!. But if you dont want to then thats cool!. i cant stress enough though that being flexible helps with all dancing!. so start doing stretches!!

Well, think of WHY you quit ballroom, if you quit it once, you may want to quit again!.
Flexibility can be easily acquired if you practice every day, so don't let that stand in your way! If you want to learn ballet do it anyway! It will make you more flexible with practice and time!.
Hip hop is fun but you HAVE to be really into that sort of thing-the music, the style, the expressions!.

i would say ballet because you have to really be into hip hop and you already quit ballroom once!. also i know this wasnt one of your options but you could consider lyrical its like ballet but a little faster and i think more fun,also i love acro which is like gymnastics mixed with dance but alot of schools dont offer thatWww@QuestionHome@Com

Is will be hard in a sense!. But with the ballroom training you hopefully understand the ways you can control your body!. It takes a lot of focus, yet it great fun!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ballet would definitely be hard if you aren't flexible!. I suggest Ballroom!. You already have experience!. You can start working on your technique and compete :))Www@QuestionHome@Com
