first of all!.!.!. i think it's sad that you can do four and you're upset about that "small" number!.!.!. second of all!.!.!.!. i know how you feel!. my advice!?

be crisp and precise!. i know this is a taunting statement, but it helps, trust me!. make sure you don't off set your "balance box" the four corners of your balance (shoulder to shoulder to hip to hip) and make sure you practice the idea and go over everything slowly and on your own time!. think up rather than around!. however many seconds you can balance without wiggling is however many pirouettes you can do!. be sure you're getting all the way up on your releve and don't let yourself hop!. go over and over it in your head!. ask yourself, what moves first!? my arm!. what moves second!? the other arm closes in to meet it!. and so on and so forth!. don't wind up, it really doesn't help!. be sure that your arms are exactly how they need to be!. bad arms can throw you off no matter how well you can balance!. don't leave one shoulder behind or drop your elbows and make sure your arms are straight out from your belly button !.!.!. unless you're choreographed to do something else!. have a fierce spot and don't spot "up" look right at yourself in the mirror!.!.!. and of course!.!.!. practice! practice! practice! become obsessed to a point where you HAVE to let your body take over!. don't think too much but don't throw yourself around and expect to get it!. :) good luck! sorry to sound so stuck up! hope i helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lol you shouldn't feel so bad because most people can only do a double pirouette (sometimes three or four) on their right side!. It sounds like you have a natural technique for turning since you can do so much!

But to get technical!.!.!.!.!. doing pirouettes is about the alignment and the feeling of "going up!." Making sure that you use your back muscles correctly is the major key factor!. You may not notice it but when you turn on your left you may be engaging your back muscles more than you do on the right!. When you do your right turns put your concentration into your back muscles!. Make sure that your back is flat and is holding the alignment!. Make sure that you're engaging your stomach muscles as much as you can during your right handed pirouettes as well!. That will really help!.

hope i helped! keep dancing!Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes!.!.

its simple, just practice 10 times more than you would on your left!.!.
ive had recent expierences in this with my tap exam last year!.!. i had to practice something 10 times more on my left than my right to get it!.!. it works, just persevere and you'll eventually get it!.

at least you can do 4 on your right instead of none at all!.!. with a little more practice you should be well and truely right!.

hmm im a dancer as well and i can understand were your comming from, my advice is to simply practice, i know its the same old saying but it helps!.!.some tips would be to do it in front of a mirror to perfect it, this way you know what you're doing wrong and can fix it!. also get someone else to stand next to you and to keep helping you, i guess really practice is the only way!.!. GOOD LUCK!Www@QuestionHome@Com
