Question: I Need Help With splits Catching My Leg !.!.!.!?
This might be a bit confusing!.!.!.

Well i go dancing and i can do the splits right!.!.
and at dancing when i stand up and swing my
leg backwards and forwards about twice then try
to catch it by swinging it up i cant because it goes too low
does anyone know how i can get better at this so
i can catch my leg !?

If you have the splits already, you might want to start working on over-splits!. This is where you prop your heel up on something like a mat (or a step in your home) and sit in the splits!. Or if you have barres where you dance, I would suggest using the barre to support your leg as you stretch!. Since I cannot see exactly what you are doing or trying to accomplish, you might want to talk to your teacher and find out exactly which muscles you need to focus on to achieve your goal!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
