Question: What is a good song for a choreographing dance project!?
I have to choreograph a dance for a dance class project, and my group and I can not pick a song! We all have different tastes!
We would like a good song, that is awesome to dance to!. We don't care what genre, we will adapt to whatever it is!.
So far our list of songs we might have is:
Be Good To Me- ashley tisdale
Womanizer- britney spears
Congo- Leon Cino
Rockstar- Prima J
What is it- baby bash
Fall For You- ss
Superstar- Bianca Ryan
Hot n' Cold- Katy Perry
If I were a boy- Beyonce
Breakout- Miley Cyrus
But we don't agree on these songs!.
My partners like miley cyrus's songs, but i like hip hop songs, we need a mix! choose a song from the list or tell your own thoughts on what song!

well i LOVE katy perry so i would go for hot n' cold but also look up "roisin murphy" she does some really cool electronic jazzy pop music (she did rammalamma bang bang)! i think it would have a good beat for u since you like hip hop and a pop element for the rest of your group! good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
Many Lady GaGa songs are really upbeat and fun to dance to, especially if you're doing jazz!. I'm not really sure what you have in mind for choreo, so I can't exactly pick a song out, but I suggest that you try her out!.

The best thing to do when coreographing a number is to mix it up, thats what keeps an audience's attention!. I usually like to do a mixture of Jazz/pom/hip hop!. (in that order usually!.!.!.for some reason having pom in the middle is always a good choice!.) If I were you I would do:
Jazz-Womanizer (Britney spears)
Pom- Hot n' Cold (Katy Perry)
Hip Hop- Bounce (Timbaland)
* This song is kind of graphic, but there is a remix from the step up 2 soundtrack with no words, I actually like it better, but you could also use the original version and just find parts that dont have cuss words!.!.(unless it doesn't matter!.
I think these songs will be great for you because it has some pop rock and hip hop, that way everyone in your group will be happy! good luck!
