Question: Splits help question!?
When i do a splits how am i suppose to position my legs becuase i fianlly got down into a right splits with my front leg completly down my back leg always is bent or turned weird so how am suppose to do thisWww@QuestionHome@Com

That means you need to keep practicing!. I recommend trying to go lower still!.

You can also try lying on the ground back on the floor and pointing your legs up!. Don't let you butt leave the ground and try to make your legs perfectly straight!. IF you can do this, you shouln't have a problem straightening your legs when doing a split!.

I used to have this problem, but after practicing twice a day for a long time my legs automatically were straight!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you just have to keep practicing!.
i am thirteen and can do my right,left,and middles!.
it takes a lot of work though!.
if you cant have both legs completely straight and both toes pointed, it just means you have keep stretching because your not all the way down!.

so just keep working,you'll get it!Www@QuestionHome@Com
